Rikko Osaki, founder of Hokusan Tea Canada, hails from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Hokusan has been bringing award-winning Japanese tea to Canada, earning recognition with the Best Japanese Green Tea Award from the North American Tea Association in both 2022 and 2023.  Her early training at a 500-year-old tea farm instilled respect for Japanese tea farming, and the importance of enriching the soil to grow the highest quality tea and commitment to supporting Japanese green tea farmers and promoting physical and mental well-being for future generations.

Description: Ceremonial Matcha tea is made from the most tender young tea leaves. This gives the Matcha tea a sweet and floral scent, a rich, full bodied, umami flavour, and a beautiful vibrant green colour.
