Mamatcha matcha comes from a small organic farm in the mountains of Japan. The tea is shade-grown before harvest to naturally concentrate its antioxidants, then stone-milled using a slow, traditional process that preserves the nutrients most commercial brands lose. It's certified organic in both Japan and Canada.
