Hen & Finch Maple is a family affair - this adorable family of 4 (5 including their pup, Myrtle!) are first generation maple farmers, harvesting the old growth treen on their 30 acre property in Magnetawan, Ontario the traditional way.  

These limited volume, small batch bottles are Dark (late harvest), boiled over wood fire, and feature tasting notes of apricot, nutmeg, and brown butter.

As their forest stands on the traditional territory of the Anishinabek, $1 from every bottles sold supports the the Anishinabek Nation 7th Generation Charity. This organization is dedicated to improving quality of life for current and future generations, with a focus on health, education, housing, and cultural preservation.
