With roots in Wisconsin’s dairy land and the heart of the Apple Valley of Connecticut, Red Apple Cheeses are made with time-honoured traditions using milk sourced from some of the oldest dairy farms in Chippewa County, Wisconsin.

Gently smoked and infused with bourbon, which lends a whiskey sharpness to this semi-firm gouda.  Creamy with a linger of smoke, a lovely choice for cheese & crackers topped with chutney.
