Red Apple // Apple Smoked Gruyere


With roots in Wisconsin’s dairy land and the heart of the Apple Valley of Connecticut, Red Apple Cheeses are made with time-honoured traditions using milk sourced from some of the oldest dairy farms in Chippewa County, Wisconsin.

A sharp and rich gruyere, aged to perfection, then slowly and naturally cold-smoked using apple and hardwood. A hint of apple flavour can be tasted in each bite.
