For 600 years, Blarney Castle has stood on some of the most prosperous pastures in Ireland.  This historic cheese is made from the milk of 100% naturally grass-fed cows who graze there.

Mild and creamy, with rich and velvety undertones, it both feels and tastes similar to a young Dutch Gouda cheese and makes a perfect complement to fresh fruit and a glass of crisp wine, like Sauvignon Blanc.
