Godminster Farm is set on the outskirts of the town of Bruton, Somerset, UK, where the historic pedigree is recorded as far back as 1086. With 1300 acres of beautiful landscape, the farm is not only home to 300 organic dairy cowsthat lend their grass fed, organic milk to make Godminster's award winning vintage cheddar.
The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. At that point they select the very best cheese to be made into these darling heart and star shaped award-winning truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture.
