Famille Trigaux & Potvin // Whipped Seashore Honey

Maker: Famille Trigaux & Potvin

Origin: Baie-des-Sables, Gaspé, Quebec

Description: This beautiful, raw, white honey is the consistency of marshmallow crème. Airy and opaque, it falls in thick white ribbons from the spoon.

This incredibly rare honey is harvested by the Trigaux & Potvin families in the Gaspé region of Quebec located on the ocean. The exceptional, floral flavour of this honey comes from the summer pollen produced by seaside plants in the area.

Use: Best enjoyed as a finishing honey - slather on grilled toast, drizzle on berries and fresh ricotta, or serve with your favourite cheeses.
