The Vinegar Farmhouse of Leonardi has been specializing in the production of balsamic vinegar since the 18th century, using grapes from their own vineyard.
The special climate of the Modena and Reggio Emilia region enables the grape musk to ferment and maturate in the best conditions, in limited quantities, according to the traditional methods handed down by the Leonardi Family.
